Set on a leafy corner block in Niddrie, the home is organised around a sculpted curved brick veil — a hand-laid hit-and-miss screen that filters sun through the day and, at dusk, becomes a lantern to the street. Behind it, a sequence of rooms opens to private courtyards and a pool, planted in olive, ficus and native grass.
