Structural engineering (Dandenong, VIC 3175)
Coveil provided comprehensive structural engineering services for a Dandenong project incorporating raft slab and piled foundation systems, suspended concrete slabs, reinforced concrete walls and columns, precast concrete elements and structural steel framing. The scope included stability analysis and structural assessment considering flood-related design inputs, as well as complex architectural/structural forms including a steel dome frame, minaret structure and reinforced concrete tower elements. Our design process prioritised global stability, lateral load resistance, connection detailing and constructability, with design actions and material capacities assessed under the NCC referenced standards, including AS/NZS 1170 for actions and AS 3600/AS 4100 for concrete and steel design.
Civil engineering / stormwater (Dandenong – OSD + storage integration)
Coveil also delivered a stormwater design incorporating on-site detention and rainwater tank storage to meet peak discharge requirements and support compliant site discharge outcomes. Stormwater hydrology and detention sizing were developed in line with ARR guidance, with authority-facing documentation prepared to suit the relevant local requirements and submission pathways.
